Job Description

In This Role, You Will Handle

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to SSC Operations and Service Management.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Service Catalogue to ensure accuracy and consistency of service information.
  • Assist in preparing Service Management deliverables, including dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Support the creation of internal communications materials, such as SSC newsletters and updates.
  • Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) dashboards and performance reports.
  • Coordinate and support internal stakeholders on service-related matters, including meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication, updates, and responses.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and ensuring files are organized and up to date.
  • Provide support in data collection and basic analysis for service performance tracking.
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team.

Job Requirement

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field, with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
