Role Description The Internship Business Development role at Bina Cloud is a full-time, on-site position based in Putrajaya. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting with outreach activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing presentations and sales materials, maintaining customer records, and contributing to follow-up communications. The intern will also help coordinate meetings, support customer service inquiries related to business development, and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies.

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, client needs, and business opportunities
• Effective Communication abilities for engaging with potential clients, preparing presentations, and collaborating with team members
• Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, gather data, and support sales pipelines
• Customer Service skills to respond professionally to inquiries and maintain positive client relationships
• Interest in construction, technology, or software solutions is beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Kajang, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related fields)
