Summary: Our Joint Venture (JV) Controller department is currently looking for an enthusiastic intern. You will be an integral part of our finance department, focusing on managing and optimizing our joint venture partnerships. This role offers an unique opportunity to learn about joint venture financial analysis, monthly closing management reporting and balance sheet review while contributing to the success of our joint venture partnerships.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparation of monthly closing (management reporting) for JV and subsidiaries
• Assist with preparation of JV credit reports & chasing for collection
• Perform monthly financial analysis of the general and admin expenses
• Assist in balance sheet review of working capital, e.g. Account Receivables & inventory
• Assist in review of corporate secretarial documents
• Assist in preparing weekly bank balance reports & monthly financial reports
• Assist in annual budgeting process

Job Requirements :

• Must possessed a bachelor degree in business studies (Preferably Accounting, business management/finance background).
• Have basic accounting knowledge, such as reviewing balance sheet documentation.
• Good communication skills and detail-oriented.
