Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM (Marketing) Intern to join our Growth team. You will assist in executing user and product lifecycle campaigns using CleverTap, supporting efforts to drive engagement, retention, and conversion across key use cases in our app.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mobile marketing, data-driven CRM, and campaign performance tracking in one of Malaysia's leading digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in setting up and scheduling in-app, push, email, and banner campaigns using CleverTap
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of communications
• Segment users based on lifecycle, usage behavior, and demographic profiles
• Run A/B tests and help monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.)
• Support the CRM team in analyzing results and preparing performance reports
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure content aligns with user journeys
• Help maintain hygiene of tags, events, and user properties in CleverTap

Role Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Final year currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications or any related discipline
• Strong interest in CRM, user engagement and e-wallet / fintech industry
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Duration: 5-6 months
