Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
  • Job Requirements:
Pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM
  • 00 - RM1,000.00 per month
