Key Responsibilities:
- Support automation and digitalisation in data centre facility operations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, trackers, and workflow tools.
- Analyse facility data on power, cooling, maintenance, alarms, and environmental conditions.
- Automate routine reports and operational checklists.
- Maintain records for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, incident follow-up, and audit evidence.
- Conduct DR trend and gap analysis by correlating incident management data with DR exercise results to identify gaps.
- Analyse and visualise the Disaster Recovery (DR) dashboard, providing a centralised view of DR readiness
- Build the Book of Work (BOW) and DR Operations Manual in Confluence to create a comprehensive repository.
- Streamline DR checklists to ensure consistency, completeness and operational effectiveness across all DR.
Key Requirements:
- Immediate availability to start (July onwards preferred)
- Able to work at the Cyberjaya office (having own transportation is an advantage)
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Preferably a background in Computer Science or related IT fields
