The Day-To-Day Activities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation
- Check and clean data collected from different sources like websites and systems
- Ensure the data format is correct and remove any duplicate entries
- Identify and fix missing or incorrect data
- Work with different teams to understand their data needs
- Help adjust dashboards to match business goals
- Data Visualization & Dashboard Support
- Understand how data is structured across digital platforms
- Assist in creating or improving dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio
- Use SQL or BigQuery to gather and combine data from different sources
- Test and update dashboards to keep information accurate and useful
- Reporting & Analysis
- Support the team with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Analyze data to find trends or spot anything unusual
- Turn data into insights that support business decisions
- Help translate numbers into visuals or stories for presentations
- Track key performance results and help set alerts or benchmarks
- Maintain and update documentation for all reports
About You
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience in using PowerBI and Looker Studio.
- Good at handling time-sensitive projects independently and working within tight timeline given
- Able to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment and have good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous - ensuring high accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.
- A data enthusiast passionate about numbers and curious to identify / uncovering anomalies and identify trends that can help to drive business solution.
- A consensus builder that can collaborate with cross-functional team.
