To analyze the financial profiles of SMEs through dedicated Financial Advisory Workshops, identifying key gaps and challenges in their financial readiness. The goal is to assist SMEs in addressing these shortfalls with tailored advisory support, ultimately enabling them to secure financing from Financial Institutions (FIs), Development Financial Institutions (DFIs), or alternative financing providers.
Drive participation of customers via awareness sessions on the CGC Developmental Programme® through Advisory Workshops.
Job Responsibilities:
Key person to assist the financial advisory workshop (online/physical) hosted by CGC Development Programme®.
To develop or update and seek approval on the financial advisory program's contents on basic financial literacy for the MSMEs.
To search for internal/external speakers and identify the topic for the financial advisory workshops that will be organized / hosted on a monthly or quarterly basis in a year.
Prepare internal approval and adhere to the procurement process to appoint subject matter experts for Advisory Workshops.
Prepare post - mortem reports and propose an enhancement for the Programme to remain relevant to MSMEs upon completion of Advisory Workshops
Proactively engage MSMEs to understand their development needs and engage superiors for guidance.
The key person to plan, to conduct, to track the total number of registrations, participants, and customer satisfaction rate for each financial advisory workshop and handholding program.
To provide the periodic tracking report on the latest performance to management in a timely manner or ad hoc basis based on management requirements.
On a need basis to provide new ideas on process improvement, assist with project implementation and system enhancement testing related to financial advisory services that benefit the MSMEs.
Job Requirements:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Highly interested in people engagement and interaction.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web applications.
