Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Listen and understand customer requirements clearly.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentation and proposals.
  • Manage sales pipeline and sales forecasting.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Source, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts from both local & oversea vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local & overseas suppliers.
  • Customize and personalize gifts based on corporate branding requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on received products before delivery.
  • Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment.
  • Work with team members to complete duties as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Prefer Good Demand in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin speaking and writing is a MUST.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to analyze problems & strategize for better solutions.
