Internship Allowance : RM 1,000 - RM 1,500

Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm). Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)

Overview :

Flash Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for an Affiliate Operations Support Intern to assist in managing TikTok affiliate partnerships and KOL collaborations. You'll handle communications, source creators, negotiate deals, track campaign fulfillment, and coordinate content postingsgaining hands-on experience in influencer marketing and social commerce. Ideal for marketing or business students passionate about TikTok trends and creator engagement, this role offers a dynamic learning experience in a fast-paced digital environment.

Requirements:

- Final-year student in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu; English is a plus.

- Familiar with TikTok, influencer marketing, and social media trends.

- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing WhatsApp groups and live chats.

- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Job Scope :

- Manage TikTok affiliate communications and engagement.

- Recruit and onboard creators for collaborations.

- Assist in KOL briefings, content tracking, and campaign follow-ups.

- Coordinate sample deliveries and ensure timely content posting.

- Support affiliate/KOL performance monitoring.
