2. What You Will Learn / Gain
- Hands-on experience in managing TikTok platform operations, including daily workflow and basic account handling. (学习TikTok平台日常运营)
- Exposure to TikTok Affiliate Marketing, learning how influencer collaborations and product promotions are executed. (了解达人带货 / 联盟营销运作模式)

3. What you will be doing
- Assist in reaching out TikTok influencers for collaboration, including contacting, sending product samples, and maintaining response tracking records. (达人建联,包含联系达人,寄送样品及跟进达人数据)
- Support daily monitoring of TikTok platform accounts and report any abnormal issues or activities to the team. (日常平台运营监控, 并及时反馈异常情况)
- Help to manage communication with influencers by replying to inquiries and maintaining good relationships.

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time. (完成主管安排的其他任务)
4. Who You Will Be Reporting To
- You will be reporting to our TikTok Platform Operator, who plays a key role in oversees the end-to-end strategic operations of our TikTok shop and brand presence.
- He brings a data-driven approach to managing e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless store setup, high-converting campaign execution, and rigorous performance monitoring.
- With a proven track record in Shopee account optimization and inventory coordination, he applies professional marketplace management to the fast-paced TikTok environment.
- He will guide you in building influencer networks and executing high-impact affiliate strategies.
5. Who We're Looking For
- Candidates who currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or other related fields are welcoming to apply.
- Candidates must have passionate or interest in learning TikTok platform and affiliate marketing.
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn systems/tools, such as TikTok platform, KaloBoost, and SiteGiant.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and influencers.
- Proficient in bilingual writing skills would be added advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to monitor tasks (eg. platform updates or issues) and report abnormalities when needed.
