Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1 Accounting & Bookkeeping Support
- Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting system
- Record daily clinic collections and e-commerce sales
- Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and payment gateways
- Verify supplier invoices and payment records
2 Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly profit & loss summaries
- Support tracking of revenue by outlet (Hartamas, Ara Damansara, CDC)
- Assist in expense categorisation and cost tracking
- Prepare basic financial summaries using Excel
3 Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers
- Support SST / statutory documentation preparation (if applicable)
4 Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Assist in stock reconciliation (clinic & e-commerce)
- Support payroll data preparation
