Assist with recruitment process including cold calling, resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations and conducting reference checks.
Assist in phone/ face-to-face/virtual interview
Work with Managers to devise and execute search strategies.
Assist in business development strategies.
Provide accurate, up-to-the-minute market analysis to manager execute strategies that enhance the company recruitment brand
Job Requirements
Students majoring in any stream, as long as IT's accepted by the university or college.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (Speak, Write, Listen).
Microsoft Office literate (Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
Potential interns should have a positive attitude, energetic and willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skill.
Well organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
