Assist with recruitment process including cold calling, resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations and conducting reference checks.
Assist in phone/ face-to-face/virtual interview
Work with Managers to devise and execute search strategies.
Assist in business development strategies.
Provide accurate, up-to-the-minute market analysis to manager execute strategies that enhance the company recruitment brand
Job Requirements
Students majoring in any stream is acceptable. As long as accepted by university or college
Passionate to meet new people and know how powerful word is in communicating with people
Can read, write, and speak fluently in Mandarin and English
Microsoft Office Literate
Independent, self-starter attitude
Willing to learn and take initiative!
