Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in installation of accounting software applications or websites design
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support internal IT operations
  • Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting)
  • Respond to IT-related inquiries via phone, email, or in-person



Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering
  • Familiar with database, network, and Window Applications
  • Eager to learn and able to work in a team
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
