Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns: To be involved in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives (content creation, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising etc).
  • Conducting market research: To assist in gathering information about the target market, competitors, and industry trends. This could involve conducting surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports on market research findings.
  • Content creation and copywriting: To be involved in creating and editing marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials. This may also include proofreading and editing existing content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Social media management: To help manage the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination: To assist in organizing and promoting company events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, or product launches. This could involve tasks such as venue selection, logistics planning, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: To work closely with other departments, such as sales, design, and product development and collaborate with these teams to support marketing initiatives, gather information, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Assisting in marketing analytics and reporting: To be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data, such as website traffic, campaign performance, and customer demographics. This information can be used to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
  • Administrative tasks: To perform various administrative duties, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • General: To provide assistance to the Marketing HOD/ CEO in day-to-day operation basis & any other tasks relevant to the job scope.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in (preferably) Marketing, Mass Communications, New Media or any relevant field
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English (Writing & Speaking)
  • Confident, creative and critical
  • Responsible, sense of urgency and tactical
  • Willing to improve and contribute in any personal or team work
  • Able to travel (minimal) if required
  • Passionate in communications, marketing & creating performing marketing
