YOUR TASK

a) To be able to perform customs clearance scope of tariff classification and draft of Customs forms

b) To be able to send notification of arrival and follow-up on responses

c) To assist on printing tasks for Customs paperworkScope


Classification Agent & Customer Support Agent tasks:

a) Assigning HS codes for shipments

b) Support validation of classification with reference to:

i) Customs tariff from JKDM

ii) Reference to Commercial Invoice

iii) DHL Internal database record validation on exemptions and Customer Master File

c) Send notification arrival notice to all required customers

d) Consistent follow-up in meeting the SLA
e) Printing & Attach the customs documents for customs assessments


Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree student related to Transportation & Logistics or Customs & Trade Compliance
