Job Responsibility

Internship for Service

  • Greet customers and direct them to a table.
  • Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis.
  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.

Internship for Kitchen

  • Food preparation according to specific standards.
  • Prepare sufficient ingredients for operation use.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, cooking area, kitchen equipment/kitchenware.
  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
