Job Description

Job Responsibility

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support·

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand basic hiring needs and timelines.

Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking documents.

Support onboarding activities, including preparing materials and assisting in new joiner orientation.

HR Operations Support·

Help maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.·

Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and simple reports.·

Support leave management, attendance tracking, and handling basic HR enquiries.·

Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and performing general HR administrative tasks.

Payroll Support (Basic Assistance)·

Support the collection of attendance data and payroll-related information.·

Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information at all times.

Office Administration Support·

Assist in daily office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.·

Help manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordination with service providers.·

Handle basic office documentation, filing, courier arrangements, and other administrative tasks.·

Support the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, and activities.

General Support·

Help prepare reports, documentation, and follow up on administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR or management team.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Interest in HR, recruitment, and office administration.

Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to speak and read (Mandarin) to support internal communication and documentation.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under guidance.

Fresh graduates are also welcome (for internship/apprenticeship programmes where applicable).
