Internship, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

We're looking for detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment). This is an opportunity to support workplace safety and compliance initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to safety management practices in a manufacturing environment.

Through structured training, practical workplace exposure, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll gain experience in safety inspections, audits, chemical and PPE management, and contractor safety onboarding. If you are passionate about creating a safe workplace, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing

• Support workplace safety inspections and audits to uphold safety compliance and best practices.
• Assist in site chemical management, including proper handling, storage, and record maintenance.
• Support the management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in coordinating safety inductions, training sessions, and contractor management activities.
• Participate in safety improvement initiatives, projects, campaigns, and engagement activities to promote a strong safety culture.
• Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or any other similar qualification.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Available for at least 3 months.
