Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Support in sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Assist in employer branding, internship, graduate, and early talent recruitment initiatives
Learning & Development
Support in training registrations, attendance tracking, training evaluations, and maintaining learning records. Support the organisation of training programmes, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee engagement activities.
HC Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires, interns, and graduates. Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and Human Capital documentation. Support HC Operations in preparing reports, presentations, communications, and administration of HR processes. Coordinate with employees, line managers, and external vendors on HC-related activities and enquiries. Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Human Capital team.
