The internship is required to support the department's digitalisation initiative projects, strengthen filing and records management, and assist in responding to staff's general HR enquiries. This internship also provides practical exposure to system and document management, customer service, and HR operations within a regulatory commission, while contributing to improved operational efficiency, service delivery, and effective human capital governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HLIS and MVLIS digitalization project in terms of document preparation and updating the master lists to ensure monthly target of completion reached.
- Assist in departmental filing management in ensuring all the documents are recorded according to the standards.
- Support in replying to staff's general enquiry in relation to HR matters to ensure meeting the SLA.
- Assist in other matters related to the relevant Human Capital Services or Human Capital Division's business operation.
Qualifications/Courses/Studies Background
- Degree-level students, preferably in Filing Management, Records Management, or Document Controller-related programmes
- Additional Advantage: Minor in / or exposed to Customer Service related
- Preferably 6-months internship.
