Benchmark employer branding, recruitment and talent attraction strategies of leading organizations. Gather insights from employees, managers, new hires and external talent to understand what attracts, engages and retains top talent. Assess key moments that shape the employee's experience and identify opportunities to strengthen culture and engagement. Analyze workforce, hiring and employee feedback data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Partner with business leaders and relevant stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance GSK Malaysia's employee value proposition. Develop and present a final set of recommendations to the Malaysia Leadership Team on building a stronger talent and culture ecosystem.
