Tasks:

  • Assist cost analysis, simulations, and forecasting for various HR cost centers to support the development of the Business Plan 2025.
  • Assist in Cross charging activities
  • Support C/HRR on overall Country Human Resource topics including but not limited to Learning and Developmentand Resourcing
  • Support Human Resource digitalization projects, including data migration and process documentation. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in creating engaging media content for recruitment, Human Resource events, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. This includes developing written content, sourcing compelling visuals, and ensuring alignment with C/HRR overall communication strategy.

Projects:

  • Assist with Human Resource Department process improvement projects
  • Digitalization and Automation of Human Resource processes
  • Human Resource Policy Research & Development

Qualifications

  • Candidate pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Business Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 months of internship attachment with Bosch
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and presentationskills
  • Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Digital Proficiency, Digital literacy,Proficient in Technical Writing, Detail-Oriented, Creative media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and Project Management skills knowledge are an added advantage.
