We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedMarketing & Communications Internto join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of digital marketing, communications, and customer excellence from experienced professionals. You'll gain practical experience in various aspects of marketing, contribute to real-world campaigns, and develop valuable skills that will kickstart your career.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:

  • Marketing Communications Support:Assist the Marketing Communication Manager with various communication initiatives and contribute to our customer excellence program.
  • Digital Campaign Assistance:Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring:Learn to track and monitor campaign performances, helping to identify areas for optimization.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Assist in analyzing campaign data and preparing reports to understand effectiveness against KPIs and ROIs.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to gather insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Meeting & Workshop Support:Help organize and manage internal meetings and workshops, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content & Data Management:Assist with content management for online channels and contribute to the maintenance of databases.
  • Trend Exploration:Research emerging trends in digital marketing and new tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Ad-hoc Support:Be prepared to take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, providing valuable support to the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass comms, or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including theability to write for a range of different channels
  • Aptitude in using online platforms
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines, thrive in a high-pressure environment, as well as work independently and in a team in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus in creating newsletter and videos

Additional Information

- Will also be handling video editing and social media
- 7 months internship period
- Start in May
