Job Description
- Claim Management
- Exposure to Display and Semiconductor related knowledge
- Exposure to 8D reporting and CAPA approach
- Support engineer in 8D Problem Solving process,
- Quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production
- Sample preparation for shipping
- 8D problem solving discussion with the internal and external team
- Corrective action effectiveness monitoring
- Data analyzing and drive for improvement activities
- Lean Wave project
- To coordinate the implementation of lean activities in PQA team
- To support for lean activities documentation and presentation material preparation
- PDI and sorting management
- Exposure to Display and Lens Cover related knowledge
- To support for sorting management work (KANBAN
- PQA Tracker
- To support in updating PQA tracker such as S-block status, Q2 compliance check, Q2 cycle time tracker and PQApp usage percentage.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronic and Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Additional Information
- Familiar with MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
