Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Involves managing incident and service order tickets while also handling user management tasks, such as security and access control.
- Performing internal control monitoring by conducting checks on applications, systems, and operational tasks.
- Creating system and application documentation, including training materials, to support users effectively.
- Involves programming and troubleshooting tasks for eArchive solutions, including root cause analysis and providing fixes or workarounds for operational issues with support from other developers.
Your Profile

- Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.
- Eager to learn.
- Good interpersonal skills.
