What's the role
Join us as an intern in the Global IT Network Services Team, and you will be working on exciting projects related to optimizing global IT network operations through comprehensive network monitoring & analysis. You will be utilizing state-of-the-art network monitoring & analysis tools and work alongside global network engineers and get the chance to gain deeper insights into our technologies and exposure to latest networking solutions including SD-WAN, SASE, and network transformation projects.
What You'll Do
As a Network Analyst Intern, you will be working with the Global IT Cloud Network Management team with main learning opportunity & day-to-day responsibilities in analysing and monitoring network performance for various network systems and provide network support for day-to-day operation on the side. You will be exposed to the creation of network dashboards, automated network scripts, and network alerts throughout your internship.
You will also be provided with opportunities to learn hands-on experience and explore other global enterprise network tools & platforms including DHCP, DNS, Cloud Network Platforms and more.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a logical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Good communication and teamwork, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues and clear updates on tasks.
