Internship IT - Service Analyst (for IT Commerce & IT Supply Chain)

We are looking for 2 internship positions (IT Commerce & IT Supply Chain).

As an intern, you won't just shadow, you'll be contributing directly to service delivery excellence, knowledge management, and data-driven insights that help our regional teams operate smoothly and effectively. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn how global IT operations work in a fast-moving FMCG business.

What we needs:

• You must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Willing to work at our office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
• Eagerness to learn & positive mindset.
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months, 6 months is preferable.

What you'll do:

• You will be 70% learning and 30% implementing throughout the journey where a senior mentor will be assigned to guide you.
• Support tracking & identification of incident.
• Contribute in discussion regarding improvement of service delivery.
• Assist application service transition to business as usual.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and update relevant information.
• Ensure accuracy & consistency in published content.
