Role Description
This on-site, full-time Internship – IT Service Management role is based in Shah Alam. Join our supportive team and gain hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solutions. This internship is designed to help you grow, learn, and discover how organizations run their IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced consultants to support pre-sales and post-sales activities, such as preparing product demos, involved in proof-of-concept setup projects, and implementation rollouts.
- Assist in designing and planning IT solutions, participating in pilot projects and user acceptance testing.
- Help analyse customer needs and suggest improvements, learning how to align technology with business goals.
- Provide basic technical support to customers, ensuring timely responses and learning about service level agreements (SLAs).
- Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in IT infrastructure, software and technology (no prior experience required, but any exposure is a plus).
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., networks, servers, software).
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and helping others.
- Team player attitude and a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to support the team during major issues or outages.
- Proficiency in Malay and English.
- Willing to travel to Shah Alam to work in SRKK office.
