This Internship will provide valuable support to the Operations Engineer and Senior MOC Engineer in addressing daily operational issues on the FPSO, responding to technical queries, preparing monthly reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Operational
- Provide support in maintaining the TQMOC register for all assets, including the associated database in Galleon2
- Support the update of periodic operation reports and dashboards
- Provide support in organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for distribution and record-keeping
- Assist in compiling technical documents and engineering drawingssuch as P&IDs, isometric drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and equipment datasheetsreceived from offshore teams and external vendors for documentation and record management
HSE
- Participate in HSE activities including monthly safety videos, risk assessments, and incident reporting
Internship Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.30 and above.
- Proficient in writing and communicating in English.
- Required skill(s): Good coordination skills, project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Duration of internship: Minimum of 6 months, preferably able to start in October onwards.
