Support product label updates by organizing label information, proofreading content, and coordinating E-label approvals with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate product pack shots including preparing samples, liaising with photographers, collecting final images, and organizing the photo archive.
Assist in marketing activities such as recipe documentation, demo classes, exhibitions, and roadshows, including event logistics and basic reporting.
Support sales and distributor activities by preparing trade kits, product information sheets, and marketing materials.
Track POSM requests, monitor in-store displays and promotions, and compile feedback from sales and distributor teams.
Provide administrative support including organizing marketing files, preparing meeting minutes, following up with internal teams or vendors, and handling purchase requisitions and documentation.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Interest in marketing, branding, events, or the food and baking industry is an advantage.
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Intern role based in Balakong.
