1. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Content Creation
- Assist in planning and developing content calendars for multiple social media.
- Create engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, and captions.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on current trends and competitor activity to suggest fresh ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, after sales) for content needs.
b. Social Media Management
- Support daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to maintain a responsive online presence.
- Track performance of posts and campaigns, compiling simple reports with insights.
c. Campaign & Collaboration
- Assist in brainstorming and executing campaigns, promotions, events, and roadshows.
- Support both digital and on-ground initiatives, including teasers, live updates, logistics coordination, and post-event content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and smooth execution across all platforms.
- Contribute to planning and activation of brand presence at exhibitions, launches, and community outreach programmes.
2. CUSTOMER RELATIONS
a. Customer Engagement
- Greet walk-in customers warmly and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, provide assistance, and relay messages to relevant staff.
- Guide and usher guests to their destinations within the showroom.
b. Hospitality Service
- Offer complimentary refreshments and introduce caf selections.
- Take orders from the caf and manage customer payments.
- Serve meals and drinks using proper dining ware while maintaining service standards
c. Showroom Experience
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing used items and cleaning dining ware.
- Ensure digital screens and ambient music are active during operating hours.
- Monitor showroom ambiance and suggest improvements.
