What will you do Support the management of distributor partnerships for the Brunei market to drive business performance and operational excellence. Monitor sales performance and collaborate with distributors to ensure achievement of sales and business objectives. Assist in sales forecasting activities and analyze market trends to improve forecast accuracy. Support stock management activities, including inventory monitoring, stock replenishment planning, and mitigation of supply risks. Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of government and private sector tenders. Calculate distributor rebates, incentives, and performance achievements based on agreed commercial frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional activities with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth business operations. Prepare business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Participate in business reviews with distributors and contribute insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
