Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd-level troubleshooting for customer technical support queries via email and phone.
- Take ownership of customer issues, analyze problems critically, and ensure resolution.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate when necessary.
- Implement, deploy, and support telecommunication hardware, software, and solutions.
- Configure, install, and maintain WAN/LAN equipment, virtual/physical servers, VoIP, SIP, SAN, and other network devices.
- Apply knowledge of TCP/IP, subnets, and prefixes.
- Advocate for customer needs and maintain high service standards.
- Track, coordinate, and manage projects/services from start to completion.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to meet SLAs.
- Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, installation activities, reported issues, and resolutions.
- Keep the knowledge database updated.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining and administering telecommunications hardware (Cisco, Siemens, Panasonic, Toshiba)
- Strong understanding of VoIP systems (Yeastar, Yealink, Asterisk, Sangoma, Elastix)
- Knowledge of Cisco and firewall configurations
- Hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting network and telecommunication services
- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various settings (office, on-site)
- Experience in project management or participation in technical projects is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and perform well under pressure
Internship Allowances : RM1,100.00 - RM1,200.00 per monthly.
