About The Job
1. Sales & Recruitment Support
- Assist in compiling and analyzing agency production reports (e.g., sales performance, recruitment progress).
- Support the preparation of recruitment materials, presentations, and event kits for agency leaders.
- Assist in tracking production and recruitment qualifiers to ensure progress updates are available.
2. Event & Training Coordination
- Help organize agency training programs, workshops, and recognition events.
- Support logistics for MDRT, agency meetings, and sales conventions (venue booking, invitations, materials).
- Assist in incentive trips qualification tracking.
3. Marketing & Communications
- Prepare social media content, newsletters, and e-banners to promote agency initiatives.
- Assist in creating recognition flyers for agents achievements.
- Support video editing or simple design work for agency promotions (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
4. Administrative & System Support
- Maintain agent records, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Handle data entry, meeting minutes, and report updates for the distribution team.
5. Special Projects & Learning Exposure
- Work on ad-hoc projects related to agency workstream, digital tools, or sales strategies.
- Participate in mentoring sessions, company town halls, and insurance industry networking.
- Learn about life insurance products, sales strategies, and agent career development.
We are looking for people who
- Malaysian Citizen
- Universities in Malaysia and abroad, currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
- CGPA 3.0 and above
- Open to Second-year/ Third-year students
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of Canva / design tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
- Minimum duration of internship required will be 3 months and a maximum of 6 months
