We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience in Learning and Development and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate weekly attendance records and ensure timely updates.
- Update and manage the training hours, ensuring all records are complete and current.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Help track and manage attendance records as necessary.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering business cards and processing access card requests
- Shadow the HR team during employee onboarding activities to understand processes.
- Observe orientation sessions and HR briefings to support new hires.
Requirement
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.0 and above
- Proficient Computer skills in using MS Office Applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Internship duration between 3 months to 6 months depending on the University's/Institute's requirements.
