Job Description

Qualification:

  • Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree
  • Preferred academic background in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Operations Management/ Logistic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotes, order status, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain and update supplier and product information in the database
  • Help evaluate vendor performance and price comparisons
  • Coordinate with internal departments on inventory and supply needs
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
