Internship Summary
At JF Technology, we are a leading provider of semiconductor solutions, committed to innovation and excellence in manufacturing. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CNC Manufacturing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced CNC machines and precision manufacturing techniques in the semiconductor industry. You will gain valuable exposure to real-world applications, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to the efficient production of semiconductor components.
Internship Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation, setup, and maintenance of CNC machines in the manufacturing process.
- Support senior engineers in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency.
- Learn about various CNC programming languages and tools used in semiconductor production.
- Perform quality checks and ensure the production of high-precision semiconductor components.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC machinery and equipment.
- Support documentation of production processes and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
Internship Requirements
- Currently pursuing a certificate/diploma/degree in Mechanical/Machining/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or relevant courses.
- Basic understanding of CNC machines and machining processes.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
