about the job

• Source and identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure records are up to date.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche manufacturing roles.
• Assist consultants with recruitment projects and client assignments.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Confident speaking with people over the phone.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
