Job Summary
The retail business Intern will support administrative and coordination tasks within the Retail Business Department. This Internship provides exposure to Retail Operations and Business processes, particularly in a service station/retail environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing retail business documentation and records
- Assist and support data entry, verification, and reporting in the internal system applications
- Assist in monitoring retail performance data such as Sales data and Cost Inventory data
- Assist in Invoice processing, tracking, and follow-ups
- Assist in providing general administrative support to the department
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Basic understanding of administrative or retail operations is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Eager to learn and gain exposure to retail operations and business processes
- Responsible, proactive, and able to follow instructions independently
