Job Description- Receive, making call and follow-up on all in-bound and outbound calls enquiries for food testing prospects.
- To prepare, arrange and co-ordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meetings, trainings, seminars and etc.as necessary.
- Conduct work as per relevant SGS global and local procedures.
- Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior any improvement for further excellence of the services offered.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
Qualifications- Degree/ Diploma in Science
- Any field related to Business or Science
