Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Scripting: Knowledgeable in Python scripting using Python Pandas for data pre-processing, including CSV reading and API integration.
- Dashboard Development:
- Creativity in designing and developing informative and visually appealing dashboards.
- Knowledgeable in ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Power Apps.
- Understanding of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages, Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, VB Script and MSSQL.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power BI / Power Apps reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modelling using Power BI and SharePoint.
- Create and maintain documentation for scripts and Power BI / Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scripts and Power BI reports.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Microsoft products.
About You
- Education/ What people Know:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering / Application Development, or a related field.
- Experience/ What people Have Done:
Understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI / Power Apps and data visualization principles. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation.
