What You'll Do
- Assist in executing online training events and masterclasses
- Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to ensure smooth event flow
- Support the Customer Experience Team on attendance confirmation and participant follow-up
- Learn the behind-the-scenes of high-impact educational events
- Contribute ideas to enhance the virtual experience

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in education virtual events, online training, or project coordination
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and/or Mandarin preferred)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic tech tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Leadership or team coordination experience (even in school projects) is a plus
