Role Description
This is a contract role for an Internship - Warehouse position located on-site in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will be responsible for daily tasks such as shipping & receiving, packing, unloading, inventory control, and operating a pallet jack. The role involves assisting with the organization and management of warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling and storage of products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems (a plus, not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items.
- Review inventory reports and resolve shortages or supply issues with the team.
- Assist in optimizing storage and retrieval systems for space and security.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely supply, replacements, and material updates.
- Perform basic admin tasks, including inventory returns and SAP updates.
- Document material exceptions (shortages, overages, etc.) within 24 hours.
- Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Support monthly cycle counts and ensure accurate stock postings in SAP.
- Ensure proper record-keeping for traceability and compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors as required.

Allowance: RM700-RM1000/ Month
