Job Description

Yayasan Hasanah is currently seeking highly driven and passionate students and graduates with analytical and organised mindsets.

You would learn from our senior experts and work in Yayasan Hasanah. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department or unit and learn from experienced professionals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Help and assist the administration tasks, grant management and other processes
  • Update the pillars or department dashboard with project info
  • Compile all arrangements for other processing
  • Specific work track / assignment given by pillars or department specific
  • Assist in organising and facilitating learning workshops and meetings
  • Prepare meeting summary and other relevant reporting tasks as required
  • Prepare presentation deck and event materials.
  • Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any fields
  • Minimum current CGPA of 3.00
  • Be able to reside and work onsite at Yayasan Hasanah's office in Shah Alam, Selangor for the duration of the internship.
  • Possess excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written form.
  • Have a skill set in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Desire to learn and take initiative with problem-solving and good interpersonal skills
