Responsibilities
Provide accurate and professional language interpretation to facilitate communication between parties with language barriers
Handle telephone and video interpretation calls on demand, delivering clear and precise consecutive interpretation between English and the target language
Process information quickly and accurately while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity
Use appropriate industry terminology and demonstrate understanding of relevant procedures and practices
Interpret conversations ranging from simple to complex topics, including both non-technical and technical content across industries such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, 911 Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and general business sectors
