Job Description

-Provide interpretation and translation support while accompanying the Japanese MD on restaurant visits (including peak hours on weekends).

-Support communication in Japanese, Malay, and English with local company management team and restaurant staff.

-Provide back-office administrative support for local entities, including general affairs, HR/labour, accounting, and operations management.

-Provide secretarial support to the Japanese MD, including business trip coordination and expense reimbursement.

MUST:

-23 years of experience in back-office functions such as GA, HR/labour, accounting, and secretarial work.

-Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal team members, the Japan HQ, and local restaurant staff.

-Business-level or higher proficiency in Japanese, English, and Malay.

-Possession of a valid Malaysian driver's license.
