As we continue to scale our operations across Malaysia, we're seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst Executive to ensure smooth material flow, accurate stock data, and efficient production planning.
Job Summary
The Inventory Analyst Executive monitors, analyzes, and optimizes inventory levels across the production cycle from raw materials and packaging to finished goods. You will work closely with suppliers, production, operations, and sales teams to maintain accurate stock control and support timely order fulfillment for all Zeve retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Inventory Management & Analysis
- Maintain accurate data in Google Sheetsbased inventory management systems.
- Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly stock reconciliations and identify discrepancies if needed.
- Monitor stock aging and product turnover rates.
- Calculate the optimum threshold quantity in the warehouse for all SKUs (including packaging) to avoid overstock or stockouts.
2.Retail Supply Planning
- Determine the correct quantity for buyers to order for all retail locations and warehouse based on sales trends, seasonality, and stock levels.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports for all new arrivals, highlighting bestsellers, slow movers, and restock opportunities.
- Recommend stock reallocation or promotional pushes to the production and marketing teams.
3.Reporting & Optimization
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports (wastage, reordering needs). Identify trends, slow-moving items, and propose optimization strategies.
- Help develop and maintain inventory SOPs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance stock accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the operations, buyer, and sales teams to ensure stock levels align with business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experience in apparel, or footwear industry is an added advantage.
