Position: Inventory Lead Executive

Working Time: Rotation Shift

Location: Mapletree Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

Salary: Up to MYR 4,500 /Month

Allowances: Up to MYR 280/Month

Job Summary:

This role is an Inventory Lead position that responsible for managing and monitoring warehouse inventory accuracy, updating stock transactions in the system, and supporting daily warehouse operations and audits

Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct regular physical stock counts, empty audit, put-away audit and reconcile discrepancies between system and physical inventory.
2. Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and stock adjustments.
3. Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (Oracle)
4. Responsible for upload and manage ASN template for both inbound and outbound shipments
5. Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors of shortages, overstock, or discrepancies
6. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports
7. Support stock reconciliation during month-end, period-end or annual audits
8. Label, organize, and maintain proper storage of materials to ensure traceability
9. Assist in investigating inventory variances, damaged goods, or stock losses
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
11. Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
12. Potential requires to work on shift were require by depending on inventory stock level

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations, with at least 1.5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
3. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, email) experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
4. Able to accept flexible shift working hours(rotation/shift)
5. Ability to drive Forklift, Reach Truck & Power Truck with Forklift license or certificates is an advantage
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Willing to work in warehouse environment and perform physical stock checks when required.
